• Handles Japanese language education and the introduction of Japanese customs for JET program (The Japan Exchange and Teaching Programme) in which young graduates around the world are invited to teach foreign languages or sports at junior and senior high schools in Japan, or to work at local public entities for promoting international exchange. JET program was started by the Foreign Ministry, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and the Technology and the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in cooperation with local governments.
• Handles business Japanese education in the Asian Bridge Program of Career Development Program for Foreign Students from Asia sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and the Technology.
• Provides a support program for foreigners living in Japan commissioned by the Japanese Agency for Cultural Affairs.
